Dr. Vipul Dev, widely known as "Vip" in Bakersfield, is a distinguished reconstructive and cosmetic surgeon committed to transforming lives. A former college football player, he brings discipline, skill, and a deep sense of community to his practice.

He holds several leadership positions, including Chairman and CEO of HealtheUniverse (HLUN), a regenerative medicine and stem cell research firm, and Medical Director of Physicians Care of California. He also serves as Wound Center Medical Director at Memorial Hospital in Bakersfield and is on the medical staff at Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach, CA.
